My first giftart of the year goes to the lovely  . Thankyou for your comments and encouragement  . I hope this pic cheers you up  ~ <33.It's a strange title so I'll explain my choices here. Though I love pokemon, I don't know much about Lucario as a character. So i decided to use some artistic licence here to draw the Lucario I felt he should be. I envisioned Lucario, being a steel type, to be cold and stern. Then I thought of Shaymin and how she exuberates feelings of happiness and cuteness. So I was thinking: What would it be like if those two were together? It was an interesting combination that would put my abilities to the test. I drew Shaymin as the "life" to the almost mechanical Lucario. This time I opted for something little different. I wanted to try to paint an entire picture with no lines and soft shading(ah, crap!). The cogs were the biggest challenge this time around because of their definate shape. lol, I think I went a little crazy on them, but oh well. And I'm very happy with the vine/tree thing on Shaymin's side. I find it interesting xD. I'm already planning on another girtart picture. I guess another DevID has too wait, lol. - Miss Serophi |

Um I love you right now, this is so awesome. I am lost for words I really am!
Firstly I wanted to thank you so much for taking the time to create such a beautiful picture, for me. I have been feeling heaps better then I was a couple of days ago but this really is the icing of the cake. You have made my day.
Now onto how brilliant this picture is! I really love how it is lineless, it is different from your usual stuff. yet even without lines you can still have the same amount of detail you usually do.
The shading is gorgeous~ It has so much depth and shape.
The background is nice too, I love the viney tree!
I adore the concept of this picture a lot, especially the little description of the two of them, it is quite beautiful.
Lucario's fur and Shaymin's leafy back look great. Lucario's fur looks so soft, I can imagine touching it. It is complimented well against his some what hard and shiny "metal like" skin.
Shaymin's expression is soft and almost innocent, I like that.
The fact that you chose to draw Lucario and Shaymin for me means a lot, as they have a special meaning in my life <3
Thank you so much Sero (can I call you that XD?) I adore this beyond belief. I also really appreciate it.
